Read the breakdown below for specifics of what we'll be doing week-by-week. I will lead weekly 45-minute meetings with all stakeholders + team members involved with this project. And you'll receive 3 bi-weekly reports to measure community growth with established KPIs + metrics.
And from Week #3-6, I'll hop onto Discord 3 days per week for three 20-minute Time Blocks to respond to your audience.
All of this leads up to your Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) Session where Community Members can talk directly with you + each other about your Brand!
