We'll kick things off with the 2-Hour Consultation to get comfy with one another, then chart your path to Winning with 1 Defined Goal + 1 Major Action.
I'll send over your Roadmap in Asana for review the following Tuesday. Once that's locked in, it's Game Time!!
We'll have 2 Accountability Meetings to make sure you (and your team) stay on track, then we'll meet 1 last time for a Win Check-in.
Deliverables include:
Team Invitations to Asana, Exportable Bespoke Roadmap in Asana, Full Consultation Video Recording from Google Meet, PDFs of AI-Generated Audio Transcription + Summary (Otter.ai) from Accountability Meetings + Win Check-in.

2-Hour Consultation: This is a deep, challenging intensive to ensure everyone's elevation. I don't do surface-level, performative, coddling shit. That said, you get breaks to can digest each Container.
35-Minute Container - Intro, Inventory + Ideation: During this time, I'll get you/y'all to relax + open up by sharing details about ourselves that will influence the execution of your Project. We'll review the info you submitted when booking, then dive into the details of what's ahead for us.
Once everything is on the table, I facilitate the sharing of ideas + decide what's best for your consumers, team + long-term mission.
5-Minute Break: Stretch. Hydrate. Go outside. Dance. Grab a snack. Hit the toilet. Tend to your kid. Sit in silence. Go be a human: do whatever satisfies you!
20-Minute Container - Growth Strategy: It's time to clarify + define your Goal with your Project. From there, we'll create timeline for completion + assign clear responsibilities.
5-Minute Break
35-Minute Container - Talent Development: This gets more time than the Growth Strategy because we get vulnerable + authentic about your (and your team's) personal + career goals. We get intentional with using this project to help you/y'all grow according to your/y'all truest desires.

15-Minute Container - AMA + Outro: Ask Me Anything (AMA) about this experience together. And then that's a wrap! We'll decide 1 Major Action you can take in 48 hours, followed by next steps for your time with me.
Accountability Block#1 (Week 1 of 3)

1 Hour of Accountability: I provide foundational support to kick-off your Project. Given our limited time, this refines the System for you (and your team) to complete the work, then maintain it without me.
Weekly Meeting: In 40 minutes, we'll review the Roadmap in Asana, discuss the Major Action you took, then discuss anything else necessary to executing your Project.
Correspondence via Asana + Email: This is 20 minutes of me updating Asana + responding to any inquiries + feedback.
Accountability Block#2 (Week 2 of 3)

1 Hour of Accountability: Same as before. We'll decide how much time is necessary for the Meeting + Correspondence based on Project Progress. We're fortifying your continued Success without me for 15 Days!
Weekly Meeting: We'll meet for 15 to 40 minutes to check progress, clarify any steps for the Roadmap + potentially make adjustments.
Correspondence via Asana + Email: This is 20 to 45 minutes of me updating Asana + responding to any inquiries + feedback.

During these 15 days apart, you can email me twice on established dates for support. I'll track your progress (or lack there of) without me.
We'll then meet for 35 minutes to celebrate your company's advancement, pinpoint any slumps + weaknesses that occurred, then tweak your Roadmap to ensure your lasting Victory with this Project.
If you feel you require more of my time and/or presence to succeed, we'll discuss the next course of action. That may mean you're ready to invest in Solar Brass or Cosmic Gold~
