60-Minute Consultation: This is a deep, challenging intensive to ensure everyone's elevation. I don't do surface-level, performative, coddling shit. That said, you get breaks to can digest each Container.
15-Minute Container - Intro, Inventory + Ideation: During this time, I'll get you/y'all to relax + open up by sharing details about ourselves that will influence the execution of your Project. We'll review the info you submitted when booking, then dive into the details of what's ahead for us.
Once everything is on the table, I facilitate the sharing of ideas + decide what's best for your consumers, team + long-term mission.
5-Minute Break: Stretch. Hydrate. Go outside. Dance. Grab a snack. Hit the toilet. Tend to your kid. Sit in silence. Go be a human: do whatever satisfies you!
30-Minute Container - Growth + Talent Strategy: It's time to clarify + define your Goal with your Project. We'll also bake in ways to cultivate a personal growth area. From there, we'll create timeline for completion + assign clear responsibilities.
10-Minute Container - AMA + Outro: Ask Me Anything (AMA) about this experience together. And then that's a wrap! We'll decide 1 Major Action you can take in 48 hours, followed by next steps for your time with me.
