Biz + Chill Day is a 3.5-hour Virtual Advisory Intensive to lock in a Team Leadership Strategy. You can attend solo or invite up to 2 additional team leaders.
During our time together, you'll get me up to speed on what's been going wrong with your initiative, your desired goal and how you'll honor your role in transforming your Team's Dynamics and Results.

If you would like an In-person Session, you are financially responsible for my travel and lodging. This still applies if you choose to travel to my location.
We’ll explore and negotiate these details via Call or Email.
After you book and pay, you will email me requested documents prior to our Advisory Session.
I'll send you and any additional attendees a short video on Tech Preparation and Meeting Protocol.
We'll be working together according to these Time Blocks:
60 minutes: Onboarding to get acquainted with one another, hash out any technical issues, then dive into the Gap between Team Alignment and ROI.
15 minutes: Break time!
45 minutes: We'll further clarify what ROI looks and feels like, then establish a time frame for achievement.
15 minutes: Another break before we establish the Solutions
75 minutes: I'll guide you through creating a Strategic Roadmap, assign Responsibilities and establish Accountability Checkpoints. Then I'll offboard you with confidence to implement the Team Strategy.
Within 24 hours of our Session Conclusion, I'll send you the Video Recording with an AI-generated Audio Transcription and Summary.
I'll also send you the Exported File of the Asana Calendar I built during our Session.
When I offboard you, we'll schedule a 30-minute 30-day Check-In to explore you and your Team's progress with our Strategic Roadmap.
I won't leave you in the dark during that time though.
For 2 weeks, you'll have access to me in a private WhatsApp Advising Channel. I'll send an AI-assisted Email Summary of our conversations to all relevant stakeholders at the end of each week.
